We require only the personal or corporate information that is needed for safe processing of your online order and for contacting you about your transactions. It is used exclusively for that purpose. Sample Policy
We do not tend to send random samples for customer's evaluations to see what's the difference between "oxo-biodegradable plastics" and "ordinary plastics" - becasue before oxo-biodegradable plastic starts to degrade, it is as good as ordinary plastics. During sample confirm stage, we do offer sample confirm evaluation by photos or by real sample with courier post, that is the time customer places order and we start small scale sample production (including customer's printing artwork, bag types, and other customization)

What are your shipping rates?
Freight charges vary with order quantity and shipping destination. Please do include the shipping informaiton when sending us the sales inquiry.
What is the ordering MOQ for d2w Inside Program?
Our minimum order quantity starts from 3 MT per item, and 3~4 items mixed in one 20ft FCL (shipping container).
Do you offer custom made design service?
Have an idea for a printed poly bag but don't have any artwork? No problem, let our in-house designer make your ideas come to life. You will receive FREE artwork service on your first order! This offer excludes any plate costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing order, you will receive your order confirmation e-mail which should include the detailed manufacturing schedule and shipping lead time. Otherwise, please email us or call us at +1-212-8639060 (USA) or +886-3-3150581 (Taiwan) and we'll gladly check the status of your order.
Do we take international orders?
We do shipping all over the world for international orders — please let us know when placing an order and inquire about shipping rates. For orders within USA,we provide door to door service upon request.
