1) Responsible for EHS performance in the department. Ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy.

詳細介紹
1) Act as the Representative for ISO 14001 environment management systems.
2) Ensure that the management system is in place and maintained sustainable.
3) Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews within the organization and report the performance and recommend improvement opportunities to Management.
4) Ensure the management systems are effectively implemented and the requirements are followed in the department.
5) Show leadership to promote safety awareness, and safe behavior in the department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) 10+ years of experience of working EHS role in a production/ construction/ maritime environment.
2) Manage and supervise the day-to-day EHS operations.
3) Monitor EHS performance and ensure that KPIs are reached.
4) Contribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by participating in the Site Management Team and Accountable for planning, execution of Risk Assessments & improvement proposals.
