Lead Failure Analysis investigations using structured problem-solving methods to engage a cross- functional team to diagnose, resolve, and prevent future problems.

1) Function as a key member of the company’s leadership team, influencing the synergy and alignment within Company on Product Reliability and Failure analysis.
2) Provide Technical leadership to define, develop and direct Product Reliability functions for Company in the Commercial, Industrial, 5G, Automotive and Aerospace & Defense markets.
3) Develop and maintain technical and business relations with OSATS, Reliability and Failure Analysis service providers.
4) Define Ongoing Reliability Monitoring programs.
5) Advise internal and external customers regarding corrective actions based on results of the analysis.
6) Drive FMEA and risk management activities.
7) Strong Leadership, communication, and organization skills to collect, disseminate, and communicate information and business direction to customers (internal and external) at all levels of the organization while maintaining and fostering collaborative, productive, and trusting relationships throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) MS/Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline with minimum of 10 years work experience in reliability engineering related to semiconductor components and modules. Highly motivated self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude, out-of-the-box thinking, with a willingness to take informed risks to achieve organization goals.
2) Strong Leadership, communication, and organization skills to collect, disseminate, and communicate information and business direction to customers (internal and external) at all
levels of the organization while maintaining and fostering collaborative, productive, and trusting relationships throughout the organization.
3) Familiar with Electronic Packaging and Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication.
4) Hands-on experience in Failure Analysis, and Electrical Fault isolation and defect characterization tools.
5) Strong Leadership and ability to set standards and drive to targets.
