Strategic Account Manager/ Key Account Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director Taiwan, Semiconductor Solutions, the candidate will be responsible
for driving the development and growth for company’s Semiconductor Solutions business at specific
(key) accounts. The candidate effortlessly manages stakeholders across the organization and can work with and mobilizes others in the execution of the plans. A role model global (key) account manager that creates and provides structure and who feels responsible to work with, mentor, guide and support other sales and account managers in the organization to be successful.

Responsiblities:
1) Takes the lead in the strategic account planning process for assigned global (key) accounts with performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for multiple years using (strategic) key account plans.
2) Meets year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
3) Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and management (Up to Clevel) in assigned customer accounts.
4) Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
5) Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
6) Takes personal responsibility for senior level customer communication (up to C-level) including key negotiations and contracts.

Qulaifications:
1) At min. bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering is required; an advanced degree or additional education including on the job is preferred.
2) A proven B2B enterprise sales leader with at least 10+ years of semiconductor related industry and domain experience of which 5+ years of commercial experience at a chemical materials supplier (plating solutions, packaging materials) in sales or sales management and preferably (Key) account management across the region and globe.
3) Have an established network and relationships in the industry and at top semiconductor companies in Taiwan.
4) Positive assertive with exceptional relationship and networking skills, executive presence and politically savvy to expand relationships to upper and senior-level management within our customers
